ONERO TRAINING
ONERO exercise classes are designed to be done twice per week. Exercise Matters currently has classes running on Mondays through Fridays to match this programming. More classes will be added soon and everyone is encouraged to register their interest for preferred times and days for future class spots.
Each class cost is $22.50 with billing performed fortnightly for 4 classes via credit debit. Receipts will automatically emailed for those to claim back from their health fund if they are covered for Exercise Physiology Group services (Item 502).
NOTE: Class costs are sold in packs of 4 classes at a time $90.00.

Exercise Matters is now offering Small Private Group Exercise Physiotherapy Classes with our Clinical Exercise Physiologist Jarrad Greentree.
